Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Information: Summer can get hectic - we understand. Plans are bound to change here and there. If you must change your scheduled lesson time, please submit your cancellation or rescheduling request as early as possible. This will allow us to keep our sessions full and let others have an opportunity to visit the horses when you cannot. Rescheduling: Lessons can be rescheduled with no penalty if the request to reschedule is made at least 24 hours in advance of currently scheduled lesson. Rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before your lesson time may result in forfeiture of that lesson. Cash refunds: * For a 100% Refund: Cancellations must be requested at least 10 days in advance of your scheduled lesson. * For a 50% refund: Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days in advance of your scheduled lesson. * Cancellations requests made within 48 hrs of scheduled lesson time are not eligible for a cash refund.
